On February 14th, Ryan Hanrahan gave his parents a Valentine’s Day gift they’ll never forget – he made them proud Eagle Scout parents. Ryan passed his Eagle Scout board of review with flying colors and earned Scouting’s highest achievement, becoming Troop 376’s 75th Eagle.
Ryan’s Eagle Scout project involved the labor-intensive process of relocating a stacked-slate stone wall at Saint Joseph’s Cemetery in Somers, creating space for the construction of a new columbarium. New plantings also beautified the area.
Ryan has a bright and promising future ahead of him. We congratulate Ryan and his parents, Mark and Terry, on this outstanding accomplishment!
