Congrats to Christian K who was elected to be the Troop’s next Senior Patrol Leader.

Important Reminder if you have not already turn one in – A Troop Photo & Video Release Form must be completed annually and allows the Troop to use images of Scouts non-commercially on its website, social media sites and as necessary at its discretion. Scouts may opt out when completing the form. A copy of the form is attached please bring a completed form to Tuesday’s. _________________________________________________________

Troop Events for this week

Next Troop Meeting is Tuesday, January 14th at SMS – Meeting starts promptly at 7:30PM.

Troop Committee Meeting – Our next Committee Meeting is this Thursday, January 16th at the Chruch of the Good Shepherd at 7:30pm – All Scout Parents are welcome & encouraged to attend.

Troop Bowling Night – Friday, January 17th at SPINS in Carmel. See attached Flyer for details & cost … This is a Scout, Friends & Family event … Scouts are encouraged to bring their friends. Parents & Adults are all welcome too … mingle price with no bowling is only $15 which includes food, snacks and soft drinks. Please bring completed signup to the next Troop Mtg on Tuesday with check made out to Somers Troop 376.

The Troop Calendar & Parent Guide are updated and available on the Troop Website for download.

March is Scouting for Food Month – we need a parent to coordinate a food collection drive and delivery to a local food pantry – please let us know if you are interested … no experience necessary!

• February Camping Trip Camp Read / Gore Mtn. – February 7-9, 2020 details to be provided.
• Winter Court of Honor / Pot Luck Deserts – Tuesday February 11th at Church of the Good Shepherd 7pm.
