On September 9th, 2025, Aidan Kimmel passed his Eagle Scout Board of Review to become Troop 376’s 81st Eagle Scout!
For his service project, Aidan planned and oversaw the overhaul of both the front and back gardens at the Somers Library, ensuring they will look beautiful for years to come!
Aidan is a former Senior Patrol Leader of the Troop, a graduate (and subsequent staff member) of Scouting America’s National Youth Leadership Training program (NYLT), and has accepted an appointment by his Scoutmaster to serve as a Junior Assistant Scoutmaster until he turns 18 next year. Our younger Scouts will no doubt benefit from Aidan’s experience and helpfulness.
